Job: Kings Hall Apartments

H&J Martin won the £14m contract for the redevelopment of part of the Kings Hall site, which is part of the wider £100m regeneration of the 16-acre site. We were awarded the concrete package to construct a 4 story RC frame. Our part of the the works have just concluded but the entire project is set to be handed over to the client in May 2024. When the building is complete it will be home to one roughly 81 residential units. 

For this job we used Acrow Formwork wall panels to form the lift core stair core and columns and then mixed the Acrow table form & Acrow Alu Deck decking system for the upper slabs.
