Demac Construction Limited awarded us this 3 story RC frame in Virginia town Centre. The building consisted of 2 lift shafts and stairwells, 4 floor slabs and columns throughout. The building was constructed onto a pre-existing building, which also required retaining walls and an external staircase to a neighbouring building.

For this job we used Acrow Formwork wall panels to form the lift core and columns and Acrow Alu Deck decking system for the upper slabs.
