This building consisted of a mixed use development across 5 storeys, with retail units on the ground floor and grade A office accommodation to the upper floors in Dublin city centre.

Archeological findings uncovered an old animal mortuary on the site so when this was carefully extracted the building work could commence. With exposed ceilings and circular exposed columns the finish had to be top notch, so for this we used temporary cardboard columns that could only be used once, we combined this with the Acrow formwork wall and Alu deck systems.
