This job consisted of a 15 storey RC frame providing 476 Beds in a mixed-use student development providing much needed student accommodation within walking distance to Queen’s University.

The building itself had a 900m2 floor area and for this job We used a combination of the Acrow Table form system and the Acrow Alu deck decking system for the upper floors and the Acrow formwork wall panels to form the lift cores and columns.

This job was constructed along side the building of the Maldron hotel and in a tight setting in Belfast city centre
