This Job was a 49,000 sq ft office block in the heart of Belfast, known as Chichester House.

After the existing building was stripped back to the bare concrete frame, we built an 8 storey extension to the rear adding an additional two new upper floors to the existing building. All within the confines of a tight of a Belfast city centre location.
