Grade A office accommodation across 17 storeys in arguably the best location in Belfast City Centre. This job has encompassed a number of difficult issues we have had to work around namely the existing listed Ewart building which is the only remaining part of the former Ewart’s Linen manufacturing complex, dating back to the late 1800’s.
For the first 5 floors we used the Acrow Table form system around the perimeter of the building, after floor 5 we incorporated Ischebeck screensavers which was the first time they have been used in Belfast.
